How do I get a job? Is there a process?
You will need to complete a registration process with Solutions by Hamilton. This process usually takes about an hour.
After the registration process is complete, we will be able to pair your job skills and experience with available jobs. We can not guarantee we will have a job that matches your skill sets, but we will work the best we can to find one for you.
How can I send my resume to you?
You can send your resume through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also bring in a physical copy of your resume to our office.
Please note that we cannot send you out to work until you have completed the registration process with us.
Is there a fee to register?
No, registration is free.
How do I register?
All applicants are required to come into our office location to register
You can begin the registration process online by applying for a job of interest. If you register online, you will need to come in at a later date to complete the application process in person at our office.
What do I need to bring to registration?
You will need:
- An official piece of photo I.D.
- Proof of your Social Security Number (SSN)
Do I need to complete a Criminal Record Check to be offered work?
Some of our employment opportunities require a Criminal Record Check to be completed, at the expense of the employee.
Once I register with you, how soon can I find employment?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee work for everyone. However, we’ve offered some people employment right after they’ve completed the registration process. Apply today and start working immediately!
I’ve registered with Staffing & Employment Solutions by Hamiltons. What are the next steps?
We will be calling you to offer jobs. We encourage you to call us on a weekly basis to let us know that you are still actively seeking employment.
Do you only offer temporary positions?
Staffing & Employment Solutions by Hamiltons offers temporary, temporary-to-permanent, and permanent employment opportunities.
What shift times do you have available?
Days, afternoons, nights, weekdays, and weekends. It all depends on what our clients are looking for. We will work with your schedule.
Do you accept work permits?
Yes, Staffing & Employment Solutions by Hamiltons accepts work permits.
Do I need safety boots/shoes to find a job at your agency?
It all depends on the position. Approved safety boots or safety shoes are required for industrial and warehouse positions. There may be some office positions which require safety boots/shoes as well. We will notify you if you need to purchase safety boots/shoes before we assign you for the position. Your safety is our first priority.
Will I be required to work on weekends?
This depends on what our clients are looking for. We will work with your schedule and our clients’ requirements.
What should I do if I can’t make it to a work assignment?
If you cannot make it into work, please contact Staffing & Employment Solutions by Hamiltons as soon as possible.
I’ve been hired on permanently with a company. How does that work?
Congratulations! That’s great to hear. This means that you will be put on the company’s payroll and taken off of Staffing & Employment Solutions by Hamiltons payroll. We will be in touch with your employer regarding next steps.

Do I need to have previous work experience to work with your agency?
Staffing & Employment Solutions by Hamiltons offers many job opportunities that do not require previous experience. Everyone is welcome to apply to our agency.
What happens if I don’t like the job where I'm placed?
At Staffing & Employment Solutions by Hamiltons, our goal is to make both our employees and clients happy. If you are unhappy at the job that you are placed at, we will do everything we can to find work that is more suitable. Our goal is to find the right job for you.
How will I be paid?
Staffing & Employment Solutions by Hamiltons offers direct deposit or pay cards. Employees are paid out on a weekly basis, starting the week after you work.
How can I set up direct deposit?
You can bring in a voided check, or other banking information, to our office.
Can you pay in cash?
No. Staffing & Employment Solutions by Hamiltons does not pay employees out in cash. This is illegal. We offer direct deposit or pay cards.
When will I get paid?
Our employees are paid out on a weekly basis (Fridays).
How much money will I make?
Salary/wages are dependent on the position, your previous work experience, and the required skill level for the job.
Where is your office?
Staffing & Employment Solutions by Hamiltons is located in the historic J. Herman Building on Main Street in Ferdinand, Indiana. Ferdinand is strategically located in Central Southern Indiana. The town is the “Southern Gateway” into Dubois County.

Our office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Can I refer a friend to your agency?
Of course! We love referrals. Staffing & Employment Solutions by Hamiltons offers a referral program. Refer a friend to our business and you could be eligible to receive a $100 reward. The referred individual must work a minimum of 200 hours in order for you to be considered for the promotion.
